Welcome to my healing space! As a natural intuitive healer, I specialize in providing tailored massage therapy sessions that cater to your unique needs. By combining techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, reflexology, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, lymphatic, and myofascial release, I create a personalized experience. Whether you are looking to relax, reduce pain, gain mobility, heal/prevent injuries, or release long held trauma, together we will embark on a journey towards relaxation and rejuvenation.
I am a graduate from San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork. I absolutely love my job as a Certified Massage Therapist and enjoy building healing relationships with my clients. Working out of my home in Petaluma, I have had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful people who have trusted me for years to maintain their body wellness. I look forward to working with you, too!
I am a current student working towards being a Clinical Herbalist. My goal is to incorporate herbs into my healing offerings based on your conditions and health needs. I look forward to creating oils, lotions, scrubs, tinctures, salves, and teas that will enhance your own wellness goals.
I enjoy hiking, foraging, cooking, decorating cakes, creating my own escape rooms, puzzles, movies, reading, meditation, and potion brewing. But most of all, I enjoy spending time with my three children. My life has been fulfilled with international travel, RV road trips, crochet, cross-stitching, painting, project management, bookkeeping, softball, home remodels, running, gardening, raising chickens and ducks, self-discovery, and so much more. I look forward to adding kick-boxing workouts, playing the cello, and anything else the world decides to throw my way.

Classic Swedish
Massage oil or cream is used with a combination of long, smooth, gliding strokes, friction, and kneading. This classic core massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and pain, calm anxiety and mood shifts, lower blood pressure, improve sleep quality, treat fatigue, improve skin health, and improve circulation. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Sports Massage
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. This massage style is generally faster paced to wake up your muscles. It may involve stretching, rocking, shaking, and/or rotations to increase your blood and lymph flow, keep up your body's range of motion, and help prevent injury.

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, directional massage intended to encourage the natural filtration and flow of lymph, which carries waste products, bacteria, viruses, and abnormal cells away from tissues. It reduces swelling and inflammation, boosts your immune system, supports skin health, detoxifies your body, improves digestion, calms the nervous system, promotes nutrient delivery, and stimulates blood flow, promoting whole body rejuvenation.

Couples Massage
Share a room with a loved one to spend quality healing time together. To help foster communication and connection, you may openly share how your body is feeling and anything you hope to accomplish during our time together. We will then encourage you to breathe together, finding synchronicity, to create a shared state of relaxation before sinking into your tailored massage. Feel free to check in with each other, laugh, cry, breathe, heal, & relax.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage goes beyond the surface to improve range of motion, promote myofascial release, lengthen/shorten muscles, help neurological conditions, heal injuries, break up scar tissue, release trauma, address held tension, and reduce pain from overused tired muscles. This slow massage uses very little to no oil and may use stronger pressure. You may assist in movements or fully relax while I do all the work. Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Side-lying posture with supportive pillows are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Swedish massage techniques are used to promote relaxation. Light hip stretches are included to help those aching stretching joints and lower back pain. Make time for yourself, cuddle with comfy pillows and blankets on a warm table, and get pampered! You deserve it!

Hand and/or Foot Reflexology (with Salt Scrub)
Focusing on specific pressure points within your hands and feet, I will target different areas throughout your body, helping correct energy flows. This massage is done clothed and includes a scrub. May I recommend requesting my homemade Rosemary-Juniper-Seaweed Epsom Salt Scrub? This exfoliating scrub uses herbs rich in vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants to reduce inflammation, sooth sore muscles, ease stress, and promote lymph flow, leaving your skin feeling healthy and hydrated.
